In 2014, I read Simon Sinek's, Leaders Eat Last and the philosophy of supportive, positive leadership energized me. I have led teams since 2010 but after 2014, I decided that was my true path.

I started officially mentoring in 2018 and was named to ADPList's 100 Most Impactful Mentors in 2022. Today on ADPList, I have over 11,000 mentorship minutes and I am approaching 400 sessions.

I also co-host a gaming podcast called Art-Eater and I have written about 20 articles on design for various online publications including Smashing Magazine, Six Revisions , Design M.ag and others. My first published book, Untethered releases January 21st, 2025.
